"Be the one that you feel you are. Not the one that others say or think you should be.
Be yourself"
It is important for a child to feel comfortable with us. We weigh the time and presence of the individual child, but there must also be room for them to sit and be themselves without interference from the adults.
If you need a hug, it's a hug you get and are you up for a bit of fun and mischief, it's fun and mischief you get.
No child is the same or can do the same things at the same time. Some are fast learner, while others need a little more time. As long as we and their parents support and guide them forward, each and every one will reach their goals. There is no rush.
